We make majority and significant minority equity investments of €15-100 million into tech-enabled services companies in the healthcare services, business services, software and energy transition sectors, primarily in Western Europe.

We focus on Western Europe, where our team has a distinctive origination network of families, entrepreneurs, investors, and advisors.

  • We want to transform SME business services through technology adoption, operational excellence, and buy-and-build.

  • We want to transform niche vertical software through SaaS transition, professionalization, and buy-and-build.

  • We want to invest in cost-leading, mission-critical decarbonisation technologies & services that help turn asset-owner Capex into Opex.

  • Enterprise value: between €30m and €300m

Financial.

 
  • EBITDA: between €3m to €30m

  • Over 2 years of revenue & EBITDA growth; over 10% EBITDA margin

  • Cashflow positive

Situation.

 
  • Structure: majority control buy-out and large minority growth investments

  • Ownership: founder / family-owned; carve-outs

  • Sourcing: proprietary sourcing / bilateral deals / seek to avoid competitive processes
