Enterprise value: between €30m and €300m
Financial.
EBITDA: between €3m to €30m
Over 2 years of revenue & EBITDA growth; over 10% EBITDA margin
Cashflow positive
Situation.
Structure: majority control buy-out and large minority growth investments
Ownership: founder / family-owned; carve-outs
Sourcing: proprietary sourcing / bilateral deals / seek to avoid competitive processes
